Claire's Mood Polish Calm/Wild (swatches and nail art)

I had this lovely nail polish on my nails a couple of weeks ago. But I haven't posted them on my blog yet. I took a lot of photos, most of them I had my hands under the water so that's why they are a bit shiny in a lot of photos. I did not had time to dry them because it was cold and when I made them hot they would have been already cold again when I'd dried them before I took a photo ;)

I really love this polish, love the finish it kind off reminded me of OPI Suede. I really like mood/color changing polishes ♥ I'm don't have any topcoat on my nails when I took the photos.

Normal... warm (pink) nail beds and cold (purple) tips.

Cold.... everything is purple.

Warm.... everything is pink.

Warm index and ring finger, cold middle finger and pinkie.

Ring and index finger are normal, middle finger and pinkie are cold.

Here a photo of the bottle that I held under warm water.

The upper half is warm and the rest is cold.

I also took some photos in different lighting.

I also did some nail art on it, but because this polish has so much shimmer it was really difficult to take a good photo. Also the stamping polish was shiny so it was like one big shimmery metallic bomb when I wanted to take a photo with flash or under some bright lighting.

Stamped with Konad M60 and Essence stampy silver polish on my index and ring finger and China Glaze Admire on my middle finger and pinkie.

Claire's Mood polish flirty/shy (+ CND effect and nail art)

Today I have a lot of photo's for you. Claire's Mood polish flirty/shy is a beautiful dark blue color and I love playing with mood polishes so I took a lot of photo's :) Also with CND effects Sapphire Sparkle on top and some nail art.

Let's start with the swatches of flirty/shy without the CND effect. It dries matte.

This is how it looks most of the time, warm fingers and cold tips.

Warm.

Warm and the tips are slowly turning colder.

Cold.

Cold and  I put the tips under warm water, you get the opposite effect of what it normally looks like :)

Under cold water.

Index and ring finger normal, middle finger and pinkie cold.

Index and ring finger warm, middle finger and pinkie cold.

Now the swatches with CND effects Sapphire Sparkle. Unfortunately I always find it hard to capture the effects on photo. So I couldn't capture the pink shimmer in it :(

With CND Sapphire Sparkle normal.

With CND Sapphire Sparkle warm.

With CND Sapphire Sparkle cold, in real life it looks a lot like Orly Lunar Eclipse, too bad I couldn't capture the pink in it.

With CND Sapphire Sparkle index and ring finger warm, middle finger and pinkie cold.

I really loved the polish with the CND but I did wanted to do some nail art on it. I liked the simplicity.

Stamped with Konad SN pastel blue and imageplate BM05.

A bit of strange settings but here you can see the sparkle better.

I totally love mood polishes, too bad they don't sell them here in Holland.

Greece Chios week 2

The second week of my holiday I've painted my nails green/yellow. I love taking pictures on my holiday that show a piece of my holiday (sounds weird writing it like that but I mean with nice backgrounds so they won't look misplaced in a holiday photobook ;) )  This week I took nature pictures, the first week it was a sea theme.

I'm wearing Claire's Moodpolish Happy/Earthy. I loved the polish by itself so I have minimal nailart. Just some rainbow butterfly selfmade decals. And on top INM Out the Door Northern Lights Hologram Top Coat Gold. On the picture above my nails with a cute donkey, it was cloudy that day in the mountains so they are a bit darker green.

In the back you see the famous yellow fishing nets. On my thumb I also have a decals of the word Chios.

My foot and thumb and some seaweed, it's was quit stormy for a couple of days so a lot of seaweed was washed ashore. I only have a decal on my big toe.

Some nice red berries in back.

And finally just a "normal" picture, here you can see the color effect the best and the glitter of the topcoat.

Claire's Moodpolish Happy-Earthy

This was the color of the second week of my holiday.

I really loved it, the change of color in the sun, sea, shower on the back of the quad/atv we rented because of the cold wind and sunshine.

This is what it normally looked like, dark green tips and a the rest bright yellow green.

A warm picture.

Almost cold.

Cold under the cold water, it was really warm there so I had to keep the water flowing.

Just another picture of my hand, I'm not wearing a topcoat so it looks matte.

Happy Birthday to my boyfriend

Today is my boyfriends birthday so I wanted to make birthday nails. As a base I'm wearing Claire's Mood Polish Awesome-Silly. You can see the top is changing color.

I stamped with Konad M14 and Bundlemonster BM14. Used Color Club Wild at heart en Konad SN Psyche Pink for stamping. On my ringfinger 2 pink bow fabrics. As  a topcoat I'm wearing China Glaze wireless holographic topcoat for a subtile glitter effect.

Thanks to Ellen I have this lovely polish :)

I cut my nails very short (yes for me this is short ;) ) I'm going on vacation soon so it's handy to have shorter nails.

2 layers and I'm not wearing any topcoat so you can see it dries matte.
