Valentines Day 2016: Heart shaped love letters

Happy Valentines Day for my lovely readers!

Here are my Heart shaped love letters and these are my actual Valentines Day nails..heart shaped love letters, lace and some bling ;)

Essence 46 Black is back for the base, I double processed stamped the heart shaped love letters (first picked up the writing MM24 with BPS black then the hearts MM03 with MdU 25 so I could stamped the hearts with writing on my nails) Also added some lace MM44 (too bad the picture doesn't show the lace details well) On my ring finger I outlined the heart with tiny silver rhinestones.

Valentines Day 2016: Heart Balloons

Hi Everyone,

Here a mani I've done earlier for another IG challenge I had to recreate one mani and here is my creation of a mani done by the amazing @secretjewelgarden. I adore her work so this was fun to do.

I even glued 2 rhinestones to gold rings and painted them with the matching nailpolish too match her rings and tried her hand pose hahaha :)I looked through all my plates and had to improvise.

Base Only You 015 pink party (Dutch drugstore brand. Stamped with Konad white the roses from FUN13, the "cloud" from BM404, the word love from Pueen43 and created the heart balloons with parts from Nailways Spring Time - Love is in the Air.

Valentines Day 2016: Love is in the Air

Hi Everyone,

Here another Valentines Day mani I did this week for a contest from Messy Mansion on IG.

Base Catherine Arley stamped with BPS black, BPS dark/wine red, MdU 25 and 55. Plates are Messy Mansion MM03 (love couple, words and hearts) and MM24 (fulll nail writing). Again inspired by a mani I've done in 2014.

Valentines Day 2016: Love Letters

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for not blogging for a while, lots have been going on. But I have been doing my nails ofcourse :) maybe not as much as before. I have a lot to catch up but I'll start with my most recent mani. Will post my older ones later too.

I did these for a Valentines contest on IG and the theme was Love Letters. With on my ring finger a love letter and on the rest of my nails birds delivering the letters, roses and hearts. 

Base Sixteen matte 646 did a saran wrap with Konad white MdU 25 and 55. And on my ringfinger I used a little grey too Catrice C01 Pebble Beach. Stamped with Catrice Rock-O-Co C01 L'Ombre A Sanssouci, BPS black, MdU 55, 8, 32 and Konad white. Plates MoYou London Scholar 02 (writing and feathered pen), Suki 03 (the letters and small hearts), Mother Nature 01 (hearts and birds) and Mother Nature 05 (roses, leaves, branches, birds and fountain).

I later made it matte with China Glaze Magic matte.

I think I liked it better matte what do you think?

Hearts on fire (adult version included)

Hi Everyone,

I did these for the Hearts on Fire Challenge a few weeks ago. I thought it was fun to give it a little adult twist too. You can see that in the 2nd picture.

I used BM312 for the yellow/orange/red flames, BM12 for the sort of black flames, Nailways Spring Time- Love is in the Air for the black hearts, Nailways Back to basic- 123ABC for the letters. 

Adult version on my thumb.

And I used XJ7 (bad Ebay dupe from the Handy plate) for the couple (to make her more look like a woman I gave her a pony tail and boobs ;)) The base is Lime Crime Milky Ways...thought it was a fitting name hehehe.

I really love my Lime Crime polishes so happy I got them 2nd hand from a nail friend who was selling her polihs collection.

A Romance in Paris

Hi everyone,

I did this mani a few weeks ago it is a combination of stamping and freehand.

Base Color Club Worth the Risque, Color Club Fashion Addict and Nubar Absolute. Stamped the lanterns with Fab Ur Nails FUN15, the love couple is from MM03, the eiffel Tower is from Bundle Monster BM419 (used the shrinking method), the trees and love birds are from Emily de Molly EDM07. I freehanded the bridge fences, the little cat on the fence, the red hearts and the bench.

My actual Valentine's Day nails

Hi Everyone,

These were my actual Valentine's Day nails. Matched with my clothing we went bowling on our double date with my sis and her boyfriend and after that to the bar :)  

Base Sinful Colors Snow me White with Parrot Polish Purple glow topcoat. Stamped with FUN13 the full nail roses, the black hearts are from FUN7 and the letters are from Nailways Back to Basics -123ABC.

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day to you all,

I did these a more then a week ago for a Vday collab, but we weren't allowed to post before Valentines Day.The rule was to use the color red in it.  

Base a pink and red gradient with Orly Basket Case and Colorama Melancia, stamped the love couple with FUN15, some hearts from HB29 and most is stamped with Pueen43.

Hearts that glow

Hi Everyone,

I received my first Parrot Polish polishes I won them in a giveway on IG. Ofcourse I had to play with them. I was allowed to choose 3 polishes and also received a mini and 2 homemade soaps...so sweet :) The polishes are soo pretty and I love the packaging too.

Base Parrot Polish Queen Teuta Of Illyria stamped with Essence stampy white and BM425 and BM-H16 and added Parrot Polish Glow Purple topcoat.

Colorful Hearts

Hi Everyone,

Here another Valentine's Day mani I did earlier. Just a short post for today.

 Base Nfu Oh 61 a silver holo on top some blobs of 10.1 Polish Scarlet, Evergeen, Ocean Mist, New Skyline and New Moon. Stamped with Messy Mansion MM03.

Vintage Love Letter

Hi Everyone,

Today another Valentine's Day mani for you a Vintage Love Letter. A little inspired by Notty Norma and the couple of letter nails she did.

Base China Glaze FYI (a nude holo) stamped with brown and BM301 later dabbed China Glaze FYI on parts over it again. Stamped the hearts with dark red and BMH17 and on top stamped with black and BM311 the "love letters".  

I was happy with how these turned out :) I thought about making it matte later but then forgot and already had it removed.

Neon Valentine's nails

Hi Everyone,

I did these for the Bundle Monster challenge last week. I felt like doing something bright. But they were really bright, my sis said to me if I thought it was Summer lol.

Gradient with China Glaze Neon On and On, China Glaze That's Shore Bright and Color Club Pucci-licious. Stamped with BM317 and Color Club Pucci-licious.

I later added the I heart BM with BM425. Since it was for the Ilovebundlemonster challenge :)

I did really like these bright neon heart nails.

Love is in the Air

Hi everyone,

I did this mani somewhere last week. For a challenge on IG the theme was inspired by the sky, but I also wanted to do a love themed mani so why not make a heart shaped hot air balloon in the sky and a plane leaving a heart trail.

Base Purple Professional sugar summer 84 Under Water a texture polish. Stamped the clouds with Konad M79, the balloon basket is from MoYou Mother Nature 06, the heart shaped "hot air balloon" is from Pueen43, the plane is from Nailways Vive la Vie- Vacation plate and I dotted the heart trail. I did use a topcoat but the texture effect was still visable in real life.

10.1 Polish Love Potion with FUN13

Hi everyone,

Sorry for not blogging so often, I've been sick and really did not felt like it. But today I'll show you my nails from last weekend. I made them all shorter after I broke a corner on my right hand. First made that nail in sort of stiletto shape lol...but that wasn't something for me. Will post that mani and that nail later...still have so many to show you all ;)

Base 10.1 Polish Love Potion and Color Club Revvvolution. Stamped with Essence Stampy polish black and FUN13.

I really love 10.1 Polish and especially this color.

Pink & Hearts: Beste Twin Nails with The Beauty Of Nail Polish

Hi Everyone,

Earlier this week Tara from The Beauty Of Nail Polish contacted me if I wanted to do #bestietwinnails with her. I was really honored she wanted me do that with her :) I have never done bestie twin nails. Ofcoure I did do the story nails with Fab Ur Nails and others, but no bestie twin nails. So I was double excited...my first twin mani and with a very talented nail artist. 

We talked on facebook and decided to do something loved themed since it will be Valentine's Day next month. She suggested we both should do a pink mani with hearts, no specific plates or polishes just this theme. And the rest was up to us how to interpret this theme.

Now let's show both our mani's.

I love how we both used different kind of pink tones. It is so fun to see how we both interpreted this theme. And I seriously love her mani, especially her ring finger is mesmerizing.

Now also a closer look to my mani with all the details.

I sponged my base using Konad SN pastel pink (I really wanted the base color to be the same as the stamped images so it would blend well) and Only You 015 Pink Party! (that brand is from a local drugstore called ICI Paris XL) On top I used Essence 25 Let Stars Rain Down On Me a holo glitter topcoat (a bit similar to INM out the door silver). Stamped the hearts with the french tip image from Konad M73 with Konad SN pastel pink. The bigger and small hearts are from Nailways Spring Time - Love is in the Air stamped with Konad SN magenta.

I liked how this turned out with the gradient and the french tip design and tone on tone :) 

Here also a picture from the gradient base. Too bad you can't really see the holo sparkle that good.

Born Pretty Store purple holo and hearts

Hi Everyone,

Today I have some pretty stuff from the Born Pretty Store to show you. I got some pretty plates and a lovely holo polish. As you all know I love holographic polishes. And these polishes form BPS are sooo pretty, too bad the bottles are so small ;) The 2 plates are also very nice and stamp well. 

First I'll show you the mani I made with it. It kinda reminded me of a Valentines mani :)

Base Born Pretty Store holographic polish no 11, a lovely purple holo. stamped the hearts with Konad SN pastel blue, pastel pink and pastel violet using BPS plate QA86.

Here the stuff I got:

 I already had 3 of their holo polishes and now I have 4, I really wish I had them all. I really like them <3

They also have some really great plates and the quality is good too, no problems at all. Nice clean crisp images.

I now used QA86 but will use QA89 soon too.

And some swatches of the purple holographic 11 polish. I love it.
