Base 10.1 Polish Reservation and Mermaid scales. Made stamping decals of the Disney cuties from Fab Ur Nails FUN11, the tree is from Winstonia Store W222, Tigger is holding a candle from Nailways Snowwhite-Christmas plate, also from this plate the candy cane Pooh is holding, dotted Piglets hat, the star on my thumb is from Bundle Monster BM-H02 and the small yellow stars at the tips are from BM-H14.
Here a mani I did earlier, I believe it was for a challenge in AIS. It was to make your Christmas wishes on your nails. Well my true wish just isn't possible, but polishes and plates are always a nice present. So I stamped all kinds of polish and plate brands and made a Christmas tree out of polishes.
Base Sinful Colors Black on Black and Snow me White. Stamped the polish brands with FUN12 and used a Konad, Winstonia, Nailways, Essence, FUN and MJ plate for their logo's. Made a polish tree with the nailpolish bottles on FUN 12. Stamped using Konad polishes.
Somehow these lyrics from the Band Aid song came to mind. As most of you know I do not like Christmas anymore cause my mom died on Christmas, but I'll try to make the best of it make new fun memories. I know a lot of people all over the world have a hard time during Christmas.
I thought let's show a fun happy Christmas scene today with Santa, a snowmen, reindeer and a cute cabin by the frozen lake. You all know I like doing scenery nail art. Since a few days I entered the world called Instagram if you want to follow me you can @dianavnisselroy my phone is too old for IG but luckily we now have a tab so I could install it there. Feel free to comment with your IG name so I can follow you. It is all new to be and still have to get used to it. On IG there is this fun contest hosted by ChitChatNails, I wanted to join too I did like 3 designs and could not choose which I wanted to enter...always so insecure haha. But I decided to go with this one...even though I like my birds mani and 3D Rudolph (still have to post that one).
Base Lime Crime Once in a Blue Mousse with a layer of Maybeline New York MNY 109A for blue shimmer. Used Sinful Colors Nail Polish Snow me White and Essence I feel gritty for the snow. Snowflakes and reindeer are from Born Pretty BP-01, big trees are from Winstonia Store W222, small trees from HBNails HB33, house from Born Pretty QA19. snowman from MoYou London Christmas 01 and Santa is from XL plate L from Cheeky.

Thanksgiving isn't celebrated here in Holland but I like to do a mani anyway :) to wish my nail friends who celebrate a Happy Thanksgiving. Hope you all have a great day.

Tomorrow is the Diwali Festival and it is also the birthday of the sweet Roberta over at Bob Plays with Polish. She asked on her blog and facebook if people wanted to join her Birthday Party and do a Diwali mani. I always love learning more about other cultures. So of course I also wanted to do a Diwali mani for her birthday.
Diwali also known as Deepavali and the "festival of lights", is an ancient Hindu festival celebrated in autumn every year.The festival spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair.
I googled images and read about it and this is what I came up with. I was inspired by all the candles and the red/orange color tones.
A gradient base with Kleancolor metallic red and metallic orange. Stamped the swirly image with Konad SN yellow and XL plate O and stamped the candles with Konad SN white from Winstonia W215 (later colored over the candles with black, blue orange and yellow).

And for those who celebrate Diwali..I wish you all a Happy Diwali Festival :) It sounds like a beautiful thing.
Last Saturday me, my boyfriend, my sister and her boyfriend went to the Efteling, that is our most beautiful Dutch theme/amusement park. On 9 Saturdays in the Summer is it open till midnight, so we always go there once a year. So fun to be able to go in the rollercoasters in the dark. And everything is decorated with lights. The Efteling is also really beautiful park to walk in, lots of pretty trees and flowers and water. It has many rollercoasters and other "fast" stuff but also things for children (or people like me who still like those things too haha) When we were little we always went to the Fairytale Forest...we hadn't been in there for years but this day we said well lets walk through it too :)
I took some pictures of the Fairytale Forest, Dream Flight (you sit in little wagons and visit a fairytale world), The Carnival (also in little wagons and you see little dolls all over the world and visit many coutries) and also some other stuff ;) See below after the nail pics.
My nails were inspired by Dream Flight and my t-shirt that I wore that day. I have so many polishes but no cream dark grey so had to improvise and made a metallic magnetic grey polish matte :)
Base Essence Metallic (magnetic) 03 Steel me. Stamped with Winstonia W205 & W208 (mushrooms, bigger dandelion seed and fairy), Sugar Bubbles SB025 (dandelion and smaller seeds), Konad M36 (butterflies) and Moyou Fairytale 01 (twinkle stars). Using white and pastel polishes from Konad (SN pastel yellow, pastel green, pastel violet, pastel pink and pastel blue). Dotted some dots at the mushrooms and added some rhinestones on my ring finger...just like the bling on my t-shirt. I've made it all matte with Essie Matte About You.

The big butterfly is from Moyou Kitty 01 and the twinkle stars from Konad M14, the rest from the same plates already mentioned.

The Raveleijn theatre show
The Carnaval when we visited lots of countries..starting in Holland with the wooden shoes and old Dutch clothing.
At around 10pm is started raining just when we were in line for one of the rollercoasters....it sure had a special effect in the dark and rain. We were soaked.
