Let's do it in 3D with nail art

For today I have Let's do it in 3D with glitter and glamour nailart. I've made this in March 2010 for a party of my boyfriends work and the theme of this party was glitter and glamour.

I used Konad SN black pearl and white, imageplates M14, M40 and M61. On my ringfinger I have a line of silver beads around the white diamond heart. And around that some silver and black rhinestones. Photo with flash.

Photo without flash under artificial light. So you can see the beads better.

It was really funny at this party there was a small stand where you could have you nails painted and decorated, I was curious but I'm also shy so first I didn't had the guts to go and have a look. But when a was finally looking it was kind of disappointing for me just one coat of polish no matter if it's sheer and some straight or curvy lines with a striper that was it. I was really glad I did my own naisl already and started to daydream how great it would be if I was standing there doing peoples nails with Konad, rhinestones and decals :)  (I didn't know anyone at this party so doing nails with be a great way of spending my time)

When I was looking some women noticed my nails and asked my if I just had them done there, I said no I did them at home myself especially for this party. And then they said oh okay and didn't say anything anymore.....it bit weird but later of find out that one of the women was the wife of the big boss. So perhaps she was disappointed that I did not made use of the hired girl with her stand at the party hahaha :) Anyway I liked my own creation and it was totally great for that party.

Octa Gone Wild with nail art

So here are the photo's of China Glaze Octa Gone Wild with nail art on it. This is an older creation, I believe it was in May 2009. The swatch photo's in my previous post were from January 2009.

I stamped with Konad SN black pearl and white imageplate M54, and with SN violet pearl and white imageplate M36. On my ringfinger two purple rhinestones. Photo with flash.

Photo without flash, outside.

Photo of my hand.

I know some people don't like photo's of toes/feet so don't look at the next photo then ;) I like matching my feet with my hands when it is nice weather and I can wear flip-flops :)

I also made a french with Octa Gone Wild in July 2009.
Base a light pearly nailpolish don't remember the brand and a french from Octa Gone Wild. Stamped with Konad imageplate M3 in the colors SN violet pearl, yellow, PSN blue pearl, coral blue, psyche pink and green and yellow mixed.

Photo without flash, daylight. (don't mind my cuticles I didn't had Lemony flutter back then ;))

Next blog: a swatch of He's going in circles.

Nubar Gem swatches + nailart

A few months ago I ordered my first Nubar polishes. One of them was this beauty from the Prism collection.
I am just totally in love. It's such a nice color and wow the holographic glitter is awesome.I didn't do much nailart on it, just a simple black rose from Konad M65. And on my ringfinger a swarovski diamond.

Here are some swatch pictures:

Back in Holland....Greek nailpolish

I'm back from my lovely holiday to Chios. The pictures of my creations I made in Greece will come later. I have to sort them out first between the rest of my holiday pics.

First my current creation that I made with Greek polish.

A used Konad plate M67 and I stamped with the same polishes, the jeans blue metallic and the aubergine/eggplant purple shimmer/glitter. On my ringfinger a blue rhinestone (that finger is not so neatly but I messed that finger up, normally this is not one you see the brush strokes so clear, like metallics often have)

I bought 5 Greek nailpolishes these are two of them.

Below a picture of the 5 bottles.

Don't feel like looking up the numbers, but it is a brown one with copper/orange glitter/shimmer, a light green shimmer, a blue shimmer, a jeans blue metallic and a aubergine purple shimmer/glitter.

Welcome!

This is my first post on my blog. So let me introduce myself shortly (more info about me you can read at the "About me" page) My name is Diana, I'm 26 years old and live in the Netherlands. I've been a nail biter since I a can remember, but stopped in 2007 when my wishdom teeth had to be removed. Since then I became a nail addict. And starting painting my nails, soon I saw Konad Stamping Nailart and I was completely hooked. I started buying more and more (like I said I became addicted :)) I sometimes still can't believe that I have long natural nails and people often think I have acrylic nails or something. It makes me sort of proud to say they are all natural :)

I do my nails once a week and I'll try to share my creations every week. In between I will show some older nailart photo's and swatches that I made the last 3 years.

Here a picture of a creation from last year. I was in Giethoorn on a small motorboat and saw this flower in the water and just couldn't resist so my boyfriend took a picture. I love it so much that I made it my logo for my workshops and blog.
I'm wearing China Glaze TTYL from the OMG collection. I used Konad plates M31, M36, M74 and Konad SN pastel blue, SN pink pearl and SN yellow for stamping. On my ringfinger a blue rhinestone in the flower.

I welcome you all on my blog, hope you'll like it.
