China Glaze DV8 with "sea theme" nail art

In my next blog you saw the swatches of this gorgeous polish, now let's show the nail art. I love the sea, beach, fishes, dolphins, seahorses...so every year I make a creation or two with this theme. A couple of them you have already seen in previous blogs. For this creation I was inspired by a creation from Glammed Up and I made this for the song Challenge on Polish Hoarder Disorder. I didn't had a blog back then. The song I chose was Disney's Under the Sea of the Little Mermaid :) This is from August 2010.

Photo with flash. The base is China Glaze DV8 and I used a lot for the nail art. On my ring finger a self made decal of a turtle with some big green glitter on top of it. The stamping plates I used are Konad M16, M21, M23, M27, M35, M76, Konad Coraline plate C05, GCOCL plates B01 and C01, Essence plates and some Bundle Monster plates BM03, BM04, BM08, BM09, BM12.

For the stamping and coloring I used Konad  SN black, white, red, green, pastel blue, jungle green, psyche pink, China Glaze Up all Night, Emerald Sparkle, Yellow Polkadot Bikini, Color Club What a Shock and Golden Rose Holographic color 111.

I also used the Konad gold and silver glitter striper to color the seahorse and anchor.
Photo without flash, here you can see the glitter better.

Ofcourse I also wanted to match my feet :) because it was Summer.

I just stamped some light blue bubbles and a water decal of the turtle from Finding Nemo on my big toe.

Some people were curious if my right hand looked about the same as my left so here a photo of my right hand.
Somehow I always hold my right hand weird while taking a picture with my left hahaha :)

Under the sea
Under the sea
Darling it's better
Down where it's wetter
Take it from me
Up on the shore they work all day
Out in the sun they slave away
While we devotin'
Full time to floatin'
Under the sea

This song makes me really happy :) also the Dutch version of it!
